June Meeting – Entering your beer in competitions
We will be continuing our educational meeting series with a presentation on entering beer into competitions. We will cover topics such as how beer judging flights work, what beer judges are looking for, beer style guidelines, best practices and other hints and tips on entering beer competitions. This meeting is open to all.The Meeting will be taking place at Troy’s in South Jordan, on Sunday June 22nd at 4:30 PM.
We will also be tapping our pin cask beer once again! This month we will be drinking an English Mild brewed by Troy. There are also rumors that he might have some of the delicious Gose he served at the Mountain brewers festival!
The address is 1889 West 10740 South, South Jordan. However we ask everyone not to turn onto 10740 S. but instead drive over to the park directly behind his house. Please bring a chair or two!
Parking instructions:
Don’t turn on 10740 South. Follow the road into the park, stay to the right and look for the playground. Park in the lot next to the playground or along the road. We will put up a sign in the park to help you find the gate in which to enter.
