Ingredients

Malts

Maris Otter – 89.4%
Crystal 60 – 4.3%
Carastan (30/37L) – 4.3%
Victory Malt – 2.1%

Hops

11 oz East Kent Golding (4.2% AA) – First Wort
1.5 oz Magnum (12.9% AA) – 60min
2 oz East Kent Golding (4.2% AA) – 60min
2.5 oz East Kent Golding (4.2% AA) – Whirlpool 30min @ 180F

Yeast

WYeast #1469 West Yorkshire Ale

Directions

Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes

This is for a 10 gallon batch.

I ferment at 63F for the first three days of active fermentation then raise the temp to 68F for another seven days. Crash cool for 2-3 days and transfer to kegs.
