Lynns Kettle Sour Oud Bruin
Grain:
10 lbs pale 2row
1lb Munich
1.5 lbs crystal/Carmel 80
2oz roasted barley
2 oz carafa 2 special
Mash at 150
Boil 15 min with no hopps
Bubble co2
Add laccto stain (brevis)
Drop to 3.2-3.7 ph
Boil another 15 min
Ferment with German ale yeast as normal
Secondary you can add fruit, raspberry works great!
Typically around 6.0-6.3% ABV
