I love Hoegaarden and I have made 5 different clone recipes this one is pretty darn close. It’s a great summer time chilling with friends beer!

Ingredients

Malts

Pilsner – 53.8%
Flaked Wheat – 46.2%

Hops

1.00 oz Saaz [3.75 %] – Boil 60 min=13.2 IBU
1.00 oz Saaz [3.75 %] – Boil 15 min= 6.5 IBU
1.00 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 5 Min)
1.00 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5 Min)

Yeast

Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier

Directions

Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes
