This is Marty’s American Wheat Beer that’s won multiple gold and silver medals.

El Dorado Gold – American Wheat

Batch Size: 5.50 Gallons
Boil: 60 minutes
Efficiency: 72%
OG: 1.053
IBUs: 28
Color: 6 SRM

Grain:
5 lbs       German Wheat
5 lbs       2-Row
.75 lbs    Honey Malt

Hops:
0.5 oz     El Dorado Hops in mash (4.1 IBU)
0.35 oz   El Dorado Hops – 30 min. (15.1 IBU)
0.40 oz   El Dorado Hops – 10 min. (8.2 IBU)
1.50 oz   El Dorado Hops – Whirlpool
1.00 oz   Azacca Hops – Whirlpool

Yeast:
Wyeast #1010 American Wheat Ale

Mash at 148° for 75 min.

Ferment at 67°
